How to place an order

Choose the product, indicate its quantity and click the button “Add to a basket”. The website will offer you to continue shopping or move to an order placement. Open the “basket”. Check carefully items in your basket – name of the product, shade, quantity and price. Click the button “Place an order”. If you have a coupon or certificate, please enter it in the appropriate field. Leave your contact details (First name, Last name, cell phone, e-mail, delivery address). Please fill all fields marked with a star sign (*).

Click the button “Confirm the order”.  

Choose a payment method and pay the order.

Soon as the order is placed, you will get a confirmation letter to your email with the order number and total amount of the order.

After the order is processed, you will get a message with a track number to your email, depending on the chosen delivery service (EMS Post, SDEK).

Your order history is always available in the “Member account” on the website.
