- IE Malakhova N.A., (Tax payer ID number: 421714327938; Primary State Registration Number of the Sole Proprietor: 313547619200010, Legal address: 630126, Russian Federation, Novosibirsk, Vybornaya str, 124 app. 9) for the purpose of providing services to support business applications IE Malakhova N.A., with the aim of execution and submission of orders, in order to deliver orders of goods, in order to analyze the preferences of the personal data subjects regarding goods and services offered by IE Malakhova N.A., to carry out advertising and newsletters by e-mail, via SMS, for the purpose of performing functions a call center within the framework of order processing of goods IE Malakhova N.A., as well as in order to obtain feedback regarding goods and services IE Malakhova N.A. (including through SMS messages, emails, phone calls) and subsequent analysis of the received data.

   I confirm that I am acquainted with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation that establish the procedure for processing personal data, with the document "Policy of the processing of personal data of the Individual Entrepreneur Malakhov N.A.", as well as with my rights and obligations in this area.

   The current consent is given for a period of 5 (five) years. The validity period of the consent is automatically extended for the same period if, during the period of validity of this consent, the personal data subject made at least 1 (one) visit to this Site under his account. The number of extensions of this consent is not limited.
